HOW DOES IT WORK?
There is no cost to be involved in the Program. You simply provide a discount offer and accept the redemption of the offer at your participating location(s) – there are NO OTHER COSTS INVOLVED.

WHAT TYPE OF DISCOUNT OFFER CAN I PROVIDE?
Since there is no cost involved to be in the Premium Benefits Program, please provide a valuable discount offer that Card users will really value, ideally a “2 for 1” or a 20% to 50% off deal. You will enjoy a greater level of store traffic by providing a better discount offer. Discount are subject to restrictions and can’t be combined with any other promotional offers.

HOW LONG IS THE CARD VALID FOR?
Once printed, the Card has a 15 months expiration date allowing enough time to distribute the Cards. It ensures that the Card user has at least 12 months to use the Card.

DO I SUPPORT ALL GROUPS OR A SINGLE GROUP?
As a Merchant, you have the option to provide a discount offer to support all the local groups that participate in the Premium Benefits Program or simply a single group.

HOW LONG IS THE AGREEMENT FOR?
The Agreement can either be for 16 months or 32 months. It can also be for 16 months and it can be renewed automatically unless cancelled otherwise. The selection of the plan depends on the needs of your corporation.

IS THERE ANY TRACKING FOR THE CARD?
Cards are only valid for Card users that have registered their card online. Tracking of the Card is done by writing down the Card# for the user. To validate information about a particular Card user, merchants can contact us (at 1-800-709-2180 or call the number on the back of the Card) and by supplying the CARD #, information about the Card user can be supplied. Fraudulent use of the Card may lead to your Card being revoked or suspended.

WHY AGAIN SHOULD I PARTICIPATE AS A MERCHANT?
Participating in other types of promotions involves additional costs, whether or not these promotions result in an increase in store traffic and sales. On the other hand, the Premium Benefits Program only requires you to honor the discount offer(s) that you provide. There are no other costs involved and you’re getting involved in the community!

Every store visit by a customer is an opportunity to increase impulse and related item sales!
